We know people can get burgers just about anywhere. When you have to have the BEST burger, you need MELT – Gourmet Cheeseburgers! It’s our quality, passion and creativity that set us apart from the rest of the burger crowd.
We use only high-quality products: including 100 percent natural Angus Beef in a proprietary blend (ground just for us), U.S. domestic Lamb, and Eastern Shore ground Turkey. Our fresh seafood and local produce is delivered every day. We make our buns in-house, twice-a-day. So, our bread is always fresh. “Hey Baby! Nice Buns!”
The atmosphere at Melt is relaxed and fun. This is a place you look forward to coming to for a fabulous lunch, or after a long day at the office, or for a great family night out. We even have a special selection for the little ones.
We LOVE Variety
It’s not just our beef that sets us apart from the rest. We make burgers using a variety of ingredients, from crab and tuna to lamb and bison. We also have unique monthly specials, such as our famous Peking Duck Burger & Pizza Burger. Our homemade Vegetarian Burger is simply divine!
The variety of our cheeses, toppings and sauces means you can let your imagination—and your taste buds—run wild. So while our burgers are all unique, they share one common trait: They are simply delicious!
Yummy Sides Galore
We have a variety of delectable sides. These include Crispy Fries with our Special House Sauce, and our Serious Cheese Fries that come with a variety of toppings. We also make Sweet Potato Fries, Onion Rings, Delicious Chili, Ooey Gooey Mac & Cheese, Great Baked Beans and our Own Creamy Coleslaw.
Decadent Desserts
While we think we have the World’s Best Burgers and Sides, we also make Unbelievable Milkshakes, Malts and Floats to meet your sweet-tooth cravings. We serve an ever-evolving list of local, national and international beers, as well as wines by the bottle and the glass. We also have classic sodas and house-brewed iced tea to compliment any meal.

So what’s up with all the cute animal pictures in our restaurant? Since we opened in April 2012, we’ve raised more than $150,000 for the Loudoun County Animal Shelter & Other Great Animal Rescue Organizations; THANKS to the generous donations of our customers (you guys are wonderful) !!!
